ATTY. IRENE GRACE C. VILLADOLID

Founder and Managing Lawyer, Villadolid & Associates Law Firm

Atty. Irene Grace C. Villadolid is the Founder and Managing Lawyer of Villadolid & Associates Law Firm. With over a decade of legal experience, she has established herself as a trusted legal advocate, known for her deep understanding of agrarian law, property disputes, and civil and corporate matters.

Before founding the Firm, Atty. Villadolid served as an Associate at the Palafox and Romero Law Firm (MRPP Law) from 2019 to 2024. During her tenure, she handled numerous agrarian-related cases, including land use conversion and complex agrarian dispute resolutions, alongside a steady caseload of property law matters.

Her career in public service includes five years as a Legal Officer at the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) in Quezon City, where she was instrumental in resolving land use and agrarian disputes.

She also served as Legal Officer for a Triple-A construction company, where she managed civil and labor litigation under the supervision of the company’s senior legal counsel.

Atty. Villadolid holds a Bachelor of Laws from New Era University (2011) and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (2007). She continually enhances her expertise through postgraduate education. She earned her Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of the Philippines – Diliman in 2023 and is currently completing her Executive Diploma in Real Estate Management at De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde.
